Dr. Tuttnauer completed his Ph.D. at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in May 2018. He was a guest scholar at the Bamberg Graduate School of Social Sciences in the summer of 2018. He has been a guest scholar in MZES since December 2018, first as a DAAD postdoctoral fellow, then as a postdoctoral fellow of Max Planck Society's Minerva Stiftung and since March 2020 as a Humboldt postdoctoral fellow.
