Julius Diener

In April 2025, Julius Diener joined the MZES as a researcher in Prof. Marc Debus’ project “Ethnic and socio-economic Background of candidates for political office: Implications for patterns of representation in post-migrant societies”.
Julius Diener studied political science and history at the University of Mannheim. His research focusses on the representation of various social groups such as young individuals and those with a history of migration. He applies a variety of quantitative methods and computational text analysis.
